Photographer To GO must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the event. Notification of any changes can be made written notice sent via email for documentation. If an email is sent, a confirmation must be sent back by Photographer To GO in writing or via email. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements prior to the event.

Change of Date or Venue

Clients are responsible for providing a formal itinerary and shot list of all names of guests to be photographed. The photographer is not responsible for any missing images of guests if they are not written into the itinerary or shot list for the photographers review. The photographer will do his/her best to photograph all attendees the day of the wedding but cannot guarantee any special people, poses, or moments not specified by the client. Itineraries should be sent to the photographer at 24hours before the wedding day in physical or digital format along with the copy of the schedule.


There shall be no refund of deposit after the signing of the agreement and the reservation of the photography date. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the Clients and Photographer To GO.


The title of and copyright to all products (photos, audio, and video taken by Photographer To GO shall remain with the company until the client has paid in full. All content are copyrighted. The negatives and or digital images, video and audio created by Photographer To GO and/or subcontractor(s) remain the property of Photographer To GO. The company has the right to use all photos, video, and audio for ad purposes seen fit for the business. Client may not sell or use images for profit without written consent of Photographer To GO. Client may not edit images for any reason without written consent of Photographer To GO.

Expenses: Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits.

A non-refundable security deposit and completed contract must be completed to confirm any bookings with Photographer To GO. Without the deposit and signature, the contract is void. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost.

Security Deposit Required: $300

The remaining balance must be paid 1 month before the ceremony or no services will be performed. This is a contract for wedding photography and or videography services to be provided by Photographer To GO and/or individuals subcontracted to do work for Photographer To GO. The Parties have accepted all terms and conditions, and acknowledge that they have received, read and agreed on all terms and conditions.

Client and Photographer To GO have agreed on the cost of the services to be provided in the final total.
