Photographer To GO Contest: Terms and Conditions

By participating in any contest, promotion, or giveaway hosted by Photographer To GO, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  1. Participants must be at least 18 years old and current residents of Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Maryland (MD), or Washington, D.C.

  2. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30-60 days of winning the contest.

  3. The $1000 discount offer expires 7 days after the engagement session if not used.

  4. The wedding venue for selected winners must be located within the city and state of the selected participant.

  5. Participants outside of the designated states or cities do not qualify for the promotions.

  6. Each participant will receive a free 30-minute phone consultation as part of their entry.

  7. All participants, regardless of whether they are selected as a winner for the free bridal and engagement sessions, will qualify for $1,000 off select wedding packages.

  8. All participants will be automatically subscribed to Photographer To GO's newsletter to receive updates on sales, events, and promotions.

Change of Date or Venue

  1. Participants who book a wedding package with Photographer To GO must inform the photographer of any changes in schedule or venue at least one week prior to the event date.

  2. Changes must be communicated via written notice through email. A confirmation email from the photographer must be received to validate the changes.

  3. Participants are responsible for confirming all arrangements with the photographer at least two weeks before the event.

  4. Once dates for the sessions are booked, they cannot be rescheduled more than once. If the second date is missed or rescheduled, the session may be forfeited at the discretion of Photographer To GO.

  5. If the wedding is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as government orders or pandemics, winners will have the option to reschedule any claimed prizes.

Copyright

  1. All photographs and images taken during the engagement session or other promotions remain the exclusive property of Photographer To GO.

  2. Photographer To GO reserves the right to use the images for:

    • Advertising

    • Online publishing

    • Prints

    • Portfolio work

    • Any other business purposes

  3. Winners have the right to:

    • Print, share, and post images online for personal use.

  4. Winners do not have the right to:

    • Use images for advertising, sales, or publicity without written consent from the photographer.

    • Edit, crop, or distort the images in any way.

Privacy Policy

  1. Photographer To GO is committed to protecting participants' personal information.

  2. Personal information collected will not be sold or traded to any third-party companies outside of official partners.

  3. All participant data will remain secure and used solely for the purposes of the contest and Photographer To GO communications.

By entering this contest, you agree to these terms and conditions. Photographer To GO reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Photographer To GO regarding the contest are final.
