Wedding Agreement

Change of Date or Venue

Photographer To GO must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the event. The client is not required to have a venue to book with Photographer To GO. Notification of any changes can be made via written notice sent through email for documentation. If an email is sent, a confirmation must be received back from Photographer To GO in writing or via email. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements prior to the event.

Cancellation

  • There shall be no refund of the security deposit after the signing of the agreement and the reservation of the photography date.

  • Any payments made toward the remaining balance will be refunded if the client cancels the wedding within six months of the wedding date.

  • Any payments made toward the remaining balance after six months of signing the wedding agreement will not be refunded.

  • A $300 rescheduling fee is required for wedding dates rescheduled more than two times by the couple.

  • Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Photographer To GO.

  • If an emergency situation occurs where the photographer cannot attend the wedding, Photographer To GO will do their best to provide a backup photographer. If no photographers are available, the client will receive a complete refund, including the security deposit.

Copyright

  • The title and copyright to all products (photos, audio, and video) taken by Photographer To GO shall remain with the company until the client has paid in full. All content is copyrighted.

  • The negatives and/or digital images, video, and audio created by Photographer To GO and/or subcontractor(s) remain the property of Photographer To GO.

  • Photographer To GO reserves the right to use all photos, videos, and audio for advertising purposes as deemed fit by the business.

  • The client may not sell or use images for profit without written consent from Photographer To GO.

  • The client may not edit images for any reason without written consent from Photographer To GO.

  • The client has full rights to share, print, and display the images anywhere on or off the internet.

Revisions

The client may request up to one free revision within 30 days of receiving the digital wedding gallery.

Payment Schedule

All payments will be made in the Bridal Suite Portal. Payments will be divided into two portions.

  1. Payment One:

    • A non-refundable security deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking. You must create an account with our Bridal Suite Portal to make all payments. Making an account will count as the security deposit. Inside the account you can access the remaining balances and payment history.

    • This deposit, along with a completed contract, must be submitted to confirm your reservation.

    • Without both, the contract is void.

    • The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your selected services.

  2. Payment Two:

    • The remaining balance of your wedding package cost must be paid before the wedding date.

    • No services will be performed unless full payment is received, or alternative arrangements are discussed and agreed upon with Photographer To GO.

The Bridal Suite Portal

Once the wedding agreement is submitted, the client will be redirected to the Bridal Suite Portal on our website. This exclusive portal allows the client to:

  • Make all payments for wedding services.

  • Create a personal account to track payments made to Photographer To GO.

  • Access our free 12-month wedding planner, wedding blogs, and shop for wedding gifts and favors at the Gift Shop.

While the client is not required to make any purchases beyond what is outlined in their specific wedding agreement, they are welcome to shop for additional items if desired.

Note: The client can cancel their account at any time after the wedding.

RAW Images

The client will not receive any unedited images as part of the wedding package. All deliverables will be professionally edited to maintain our high standards of quality.

Expenses

Clients are responsible for:

  • All location fees and permits required for photography and videography. If the venue offers free parking, no fee applies.

  • Travel and hotel fees for weddings held outside of NC, VA, MD, or DC.

Confirmation of Services

By completing this agreement and submitting the non-refundable security deposit, the client and Photographer To GO agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. The deposit secures the date and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Proof of Payment One

This document is proof of Payment One and serves as confirmation of the agreement. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the wedding date, as stated above.
