Timeless and memorable – this Richmond va wedding mixed the downtown core with beautiful details. Sheila’s dress was designed with floral embroidered lace to make her look like a bride straight out of a magazine. Dan and Sheila shared a morning of getting ready with close friends, and family. Their ceremony featured the most stunning double white floral arch and natural light pouring from the great windows. Their reception was so beautifully put together to showcase the space at night. It contained beautiful night views of the city lights , whiskey bars, and warm lights on the dance floor.
Dan’s suit was tailored to perfection. His groomsmen wore matching blue suits while Sheila opted for an elegant off-white dress that matched her bridesmaids’ dresses. The Richmond Marriott provided the perfect backdrop of luxury with modern decor touches, including ornamental details on the ceiling. The Richmond Marriott also provided a special evening menu to celebrate this lovely Richmond wedding.
After dinner, the newlyweds shared their first dance as husband and wife. Their first dance was to “I Loved Her First” performed by Heartland, a romantic country song about a father’s first time dancing with his daughter at her wedding. They also shared a special moment where Dan surprised Sheila with a choreographed dance for their bridal party. The last dance of the night was accompanied by beautiful Richmond city views from an outdoor balcony at the Richmond Marriott. If you were to ask what went well on their Richmond wedding day, they would say both of them felt so much love in that room, especially when they hugged everyone goodbye.
